The Gorakhpur Lions, a dynamic UPT20 cricket team owned by the Gaurs Group, were acquired to compete in the UPT20 Cricket League, which was established in 2023 under guidance from UPCA and BCCI.

Led by captain Dhruv Jurel, the team is dedicated to fostering emerging talent and cultivating a spirit of fierce competition.
